TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Seniors Unlimited Tour and Travel Inc. Doing Business As Tri State Race Adventures solely acts as an agent and shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, delays or expenses arising through the act of negligence, defect or default of any independent third party supplier.  Seniors Unlimited Tour and Travel Inc. are not liable for any delays due to traffic or equipment malfunction, loss or damage to tickets, property or vehicles left at any pickup locations.  We reserve the right to modify, or cancel any tour if necessary.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:

A deposit of $50.00 per person for day trips and $100.00 per person on multi day trips is required to guarantee your reservation.

Final Payment is due 45 days prior to departure date.

Return Check Fee $35.00.

CANCELLATIONS:

Full refund is available up to 45 days prior to departure.  No refunds will be issued within 45 days of departure.  Optional trip cancellation insurance is available (at additional cost), contact our office for details.

POSTPONEMENTS:

Trip will go rain or shine, there are no refunds or exchanges.  In case of postponement the ticket will be good for the race at the announced time.  Seniors Unlimited Tour and Travel Inc.. is not responsible for transportation to the postponed race.  However in the event of a cancellation we will attempt to either stay or reschedule transportation at additional expense to passengers.  Please understand there are some things that are out of our control, such as weather, transportation and lodging.

FINAL CONFIRMATION AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION:

Final Confirmations with pickup and hotel information will be mailed approximately 2 weeks before your adventure departs.

OTHER:

Passenger agrees to pay for any incidental hotel charges to his/her room and for any damaged caused by him/her.
